Susan Wilson Obituary

Susan Gayle Craig Wilson of Lewisville, TX passed on 02/02/2012 after a short battle with cancer. Susan was born in Houston, TX on 08/10/1945 and graduated from Waldrip High School in 1963. Her parents Dana Brown Craig and Dororthy Mofield Craig, husband Jack Wilson, cousin Judy Mofield Gilbert and best friend, Sandra Mougey Dalia, predecease her.
Susan's career spanned 46 years in the travel industry beginning in 1965 for Braniff Airlines. Her knowledge of the world was that of a geography teacher but she was an original foodie and knew the location of the best restaurants and bars from Harry's Bar in Venice to Babe's in Sanger, TX.
Cousin Willie Siefken, wife Tricia and children Owen and Caroline of Charlotte, NC, survive Susan. Willie would like to express their gratitude to Jan and John McGee and Lynne Flake for their constant care and devotion to Susan this past month. Per Susan's request, there will be no service. Donations should be made to the charity of your choice or the American Cancer Society.

Susan, I think of you so often & miss you. The smallest things make me think of you and smile. A nice meal out, a Zac Brown song, commercials with cats, so many little things remind me of you and always will. I will miss you and think of you often, I was blessed to call you my friend. Till we meet again...

I worked with Susan for a few years and she always worked in another area, so I didn't know her as well as I would have liked, but the Susan I knew seemed to be a very caring and loving person. Peace to her and her family and friends. God Bless!
