Eric was always the go-getter, the leader and the fun that lit up the room. His children and wife meant everything to him. His most memorable quality was his high level of morality and honor--he always kept his word. May he rest in peace, and his children carry on his legacy as an inspiring, extraordinary human being.

Eric will be missed by many of his friends on The Fresh Loaf-a bread baking site to which he was a regular, enthusiastic and supportive contributor. Please look at all the wonderful comments his friends have left there.
