So sad to hear about Johns passing. I knew Feljter (that is what we called him) from Circle H. The last time we all saw him was in 1991 at a Circle H reunion. I had a VHS tape from reunion that none of us had viewed since the reunion. A few of us got together on Sat night and watched the tape. We laughed so hard and John was part of the fun and conversation. Then... We were told he passed away none of us could believe it. If you have a gathering please let me know so we can pay our respect . Denise

I am so sorry for the loss of John. He was always such a pleasure to be around because he always had such a great smile on his beautiful face. I hope he is enjoying that big rodeo in the sky. The world will truly miss John. May his family find peace in God's arms; I know John is.

John was my first friend when I moved to Greendale. He opened up his home and his heart to so many. He told me of his love for horses and his early years riding the Broncos on the circuit. In the past many years he was a MASTER brick layer and a true master of his trade. He rooted for the Bears and loved a Chicago hot dog. He loved mustangs and talked about buying a lime green one to ride up and down Grange. He was a fixture on his front porch in the summer and took pleasure in showing off his beautiful flowers that he so tirelessly tended to all through the summer. He was a man of many talents and shared these talents with his friends. He enjoyed talking about the Greendale Police Officers and his friends will know what that means. It was a true pleasure having known John and I will miss him dearly. My sympathy to his family and his family of friends.

John opened us his home and his heart to so many. He was a master brick layer and a cowboy to boot. He loved the Chicago Bears and a Chicago hot dog. He was a fixture on his front porch in the summer and loved to show off his beautiful gardens and hanging plants. (which he worked tirelessly at.) He talked of retiring in Florida and buying a lime green mustang. It was a true pleasure to be a part of John's life. My sympathies to his family and all of his boyhood friends!
