I've known Ron for the past 17 years. Though we live far apart, we often talk on the phone about life and politics. Ron was a very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable person. I learned a great deal from him. He hooded me at my medical school graduation in 2002. I miss him dearly and miss our conversations. I know he had been suffering a lot in the past few years but still maintaining a very positive outlook in life. May peace be with him to eternity. RIP
