Bill, my thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this grief. Losing a mother is especially hard. I'm sure the others who signed this guest book will agree with me when I say we are all here for you if you need us.

I loved Letha and only learned of her passing on January 4 thanks to an email from Larry Birkenfeld. I will always remember her as a wonderful mother-in-law whom I could so easily talk to about anything. She loved her family and took great pride in being the wonderful homemaker that she was. In addition, nobody could duplicate her terrific fried chicken! What a grand Southern lady she was! My deepest sympathy to Bill and Nancy who are so lucky to have had such a sweet mother.

Please accept my sympathy & prayers. Mrs Matthews was also so patient with giggly little girls, knowing Nancy since we were in the 1st grade together. Many fond memories of a nice lady.

Hi Bill, Kathy and Nancy,
As you know, you and your family are part of our family's treasured memories. I wish I could join you tomorrow; I'll be thinking of you, though.
