I was shocked to hear of Greg's death and remember the fun but difficult times of residency and living down the hall from each other, and teaching little Gregory lines like-Go Blue- to take home and tell his Dad. We shared the challenges of long hours, difficult training and I am very sad to hear that he is gone. Jane may you and the boys find peace through Christ Jerry Lee

As a former presenter and respected member of the Calhoun County Medical Society and Michigan State Medical Society, Dr. Harrington was highly regarded for his knowledge and judgement in his field among his colleagues. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him in all walks of life. When my father needed his care in the hospital, Dr. treated and prayed with and for this 82-yr-old who has never shown any interest in religion. My very deepest sympathy and many hugs and prayers are being sent to the Harrington family.

I am very saddened to hear about Dr. Harrington he was a great doctor I had him back in 2006 I was impressed when he asked me if he could say a prayer for me I will never forget that.

September 29, 2015

I was a patient of Dr. Harriington last year. I was amazed at his caring and love for his patients. I was floored by his praying with me for healing and strength to get through my illness. I wish more doctors would show this caring. I will always remember him for his special believes and Talents. God bless your family at this difficult time. Connie Hull (Battle Creek)

What a beautiful person and unique doctor. His passing will be felt by Battle Creek and many surrounding communities. We will miss hearing the prayers he would say for the patients and medical staff prior to a procedure. Not only did his prayer calm the patient, it made us feel appreciated, respected, and gave a sense of peace as well. Now it is our turn to keep Dr. Harrington, his family, coworkers, and patients in our prayers.

God Bless you Harrington family. Dr. Harrington was a brilliant man and I was taught so much by him in my days on the 5th floor at BCHS. Also the kindness he showed to my son as a friend of Nick's will never be forgotten. May you have some peace knowing what a wonderful, kind, generous soul he was, and that his willingness to help and heal others was shared by many. This is a tremendous loss not only to your family but the community as well. Stay strong and love each other.
Fondly, Lori Baker

My deepest condolences to Greg's Family. What a wonderful man and physician. I remember Greg as my student and my friend. His empathy and love for his family, patients and osteopathic medicine were his greatest attributes. I will certainly miss my friend. A light has been extinguished far to soon on earth, but will burn brightly in heaven. Rest in peace my friend.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Greg was hit by my house I got home a minute after the accident. Greg was already gone, but I lay my hand upon his chest and prayed for him. I wished I could have saved his life, but prayer was all I could give him. What a splendid person. I know he's in heaven for he was so special on this earth. May God bless you all, and I'm so sorry. Peace Brian
