Resident of San Jose
Jong Kong passed away peacefully on August 22 surrounded by his family. He was just shy of his 93rd birthday.
He worked as a butcher at Race Street Fish and Poultry for over 40 years.
Jong is survived by his loving wife, Yeck Ho Kong; his daughters, Marie (Tim) Lee, Shayanna Kong; his grandchildren, Giselle Lee, Andrew Lee, Matthew Lee, Jennifer (Ben) Lee; his great-grandchild, Mia Lee; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 27 at 11am at Community Chapel 1701 Little Orchard St., San Jose. A graveside service will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
