Not sure what to say?

I'm hoping these thoughts are conveyed to the grieving family.
The first time I saw Misty was in the film Frozen River. My immediate reaction was, "Who is this beautiful soul?" She had the gift of giving herself to that role, and I was deeply grieved to hear of her passing. I won't let her memory die as long as I walk this earth. I will continue to reflect upon the beauty she left for all of us. I pray for your peace. Nancy Miller

My heart is full.I shall miss you.God speed home.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of such a beautiful young woman. Earth has no problem that heaven cannot heal. Trust in that and remember all of the good times you had with Upham.

Misty, I can not believe you are gone. I miss you, but, one day I will see you again. You are a star that shines brightly in the night sky for all to see, forever to be remembered. Prayers to the family, I know and feel your pain. God bless you all and may He give you comfort and healing during this time of sorrow.

My tears fell for this light that lit up the
"Big Screen." But how the heavens are full of grace and joy that this beautiful spirit has joined them to watch over us! Rest in Peace Dear Sister Misty!
I send love and warmth to your family and friends.
Sincerely,
Rhonda

A few years ago, I saw Misty Upham at the All Roads Film Festival at National Geographic in Washington, D.C. I so appreciated her work in "Frozen River" and am so sad about her death. It is a terrible loss for her family, her friends and everyone who appreciated her acting.

I am sorry for your loss, I pray Creator takes Misty home on the back of the Almighty Eagle, that our ancestors will be there to welcome her home. As a fellow Blackfeet I am saddened. Family bless you and be well. Ione
Respectfully, Fellow Blackfeet
