My dad died on April 8, 2005. That is like seven years ago. I have missed my dad all of those days in the seven years. That shows how much I loved him. He was the #1 dad. I remember he was like a Santa Claus to me. He used to buy me awesome stuff like a four wheeler and a pocket rocket. I loved him more than anyone in the world. I will love and cherish you for as long as I live. Then I will be in heaven with you and we can do so many things. I love you.

Your son, Brandon

I went to 9th grade with Robbie at Crescent City and then again at East Jefferson. I remember riding the bus with him when we were at Crescent City, and he was always trying to make me laugh. He always had that big smile on his face. After graduation I lost in touch with him, but ran into him in 2003. He was at the OLDP fair with his kids. I was so happy to see him again after so many years. I'm shocked that I am only now learning of his death. I was trying to look for him online when I saw this obituary. He was a wonderful person and I will miss him. My condolence to his family.

I grew up around the corner from Robbie and Randy. I have many fond childhood memories. Those memories I will cherish always. As we grew up, we went our seperate ways. Like others, I will remember Robbie's big smile and bright blue eyes.

My thoughts are with the family through this difficult time.

Robbie and I had many years of love and happiness. I too will always remember his bright blue eyes and shining smile. I am reminded of him each day when I look at our 3 beautiful children. Robbie, they will always know how much you loved them and will always know their "Daddy". You are our guardian angel in heaven to watch over us and keep us safe.

Thank You to everyone for all the love and support. Continue to keep us in your prayers.

When I learned of Robbie’s tragic death, I couldn’t believe it. My heart aches for everyone, especially his children. Like everyone who knew and loved him, I will always remember Robbie’s genuine eyes and warm smile. Mrs. Green says he had a smile that would light up a room. That is so true. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see Robbie as much as I would have liked to; Leslie would keep me updated with what was going on with him and how he was doing. I will always remember the fun we had every year at the Boat Parade in Slidell. He was a nice person to be around and he always contributed to the fun of the Party! In the picture that Butch posted, it says behind them “Forever Young”. Robbie will be Forever Young. His Aunt Caroline mentioned the song, “Wind Beneath My Wings” that was played at his funeral. Some of the words in that song are “did you ever know that you were my hero” and ”a beautiful smile to hide the pain”. I’m sure Robbie knew he was his children’s hero. Rob, there is no more pain, just peace. Fly my friend, you are free. I will miss you always. My deepest sympathies and prayers are with all of his family and friends. I personally feel better knowing that Rob is smiling down on us. We will always be able to feel his warm light, especially in our hearts.

I first met Robbie when he was around 19. Robbie came to work with me at Jackson Supply. The company was a natural fit for him, eager to learn he moved quickly from the warehouse to countersales then to branch manager. I think one of Robbies greatest attributes was his personality, and as everyone has stated his smile. When I remember Robbie it will always be with him smiling. Robbie was a big part of Jackson Supply and will always be. Thank you Robbie for the good times we shared together and there was many, I will miss you but I will never forget you.

When I think about Robbie, I see these big blue eyes and this contagious smile. You couldn't look at Robbie without smiling. He was such a great man, but an even better father. He would do anything for his children. I remeber last year at a crawfish boil at Randy's, Robbie sat and picked crawfish for his 3 kids until their lil bellies were full. I remember thinking wow, that is a great Dad! Those kids were the world to him and anyone who knew Robbie could see that.

I only knew Robbie for almost a year. He was a wonderful man and father. We will all remember him for the wonderful man he was. He will always be in our hearts and prayers. May your family, friends, most importantly, your 3 beautiful children, embrace the fond memories we have of you and never take life for granted.

On April 8, i lost my big brother and i will never forget his great sence of humor and how much fun it was jus to be around him. I couldn't ask for a better brother. Robbie always had the best smile on and was the best guy i knew. He loved his kids so much and would do anything for them. I looked up to my big brother so much and he will be missed so so much, he will always be with me in my heart.I love you Robbie

To have only known Robbie for the last four years wasn't enough, but in that time I learned that he was a great person. A father, a son, a brother, my daughter's Godfather, everything he was, he was great at. I know he is at peace looking down on his children and family, being an angel for everyone that he loved and who loved him. His children will always know what a great father he was and is. May his memory live on with all of us who cared about him.

I have always remembered the day I met Robbie like anyone else - always smiling and happy. Robbie nevered looked at me as his step-mom and I never thought as myself as his step-mom. I always felt like we had a best friend relationship. Robbie welcomed me into the family with open arms. I will never forget the toast at his dad and I's wedding which right then I knew Robbie was a truly geniune, one of a kind man. Robbie has always had a special place in my heart and he will always continue to have that special place in my heart always and forever. God bless you Robbie and we will miss you always. You will always remain the #1 dad, best friend and son in all of our hearts.

Robbie Indorf will forever be in our hearts. To know Robbie was to love him. He was a very special gift not only to his family but to

so many friends. Treasure the memories and the moments we all had

here on earth with him. As said in the services, Robbie is not gone, just changed. Even though his body is not here with us, his heart and soul will never leave us. I know his life has been an inspiration to his family. God has promised that we will all have eternal life if we just believe !!!! UNTIL WE ALL ARE TOGETHER AGAIN---- YOU WILL REMAIN TO BE THE WIND BENEATH OUR WINGS!!! WE LOVE YOU ROBBIE!!!

Robbie was a great Man,great Dad and an even better big brother. The kind of guy to give you the shirt off of his back and never ask for anything in return. On April 8 I lost a brother, partner, godfather to my daughter, and a best friend. Rob you will be missed terribly, and never never forgotten. I Love You Bro with all my heart.

The tragic loss of my cousin Robbie is almost impossible to bare. There is an emptiness that surrounds me, I loved him so much. I keep thinking of his big blue eyes, his sweet smile and the way he called me Sissy. I am so thankful to have been blessed with such a Great Cousin. We shared a special bond and countless memories, ones that I will cherrish for the rest of my life. Through the pain, I do find comfort in the fact that eventhough Rob is not physically here with our Family anymore,he will never leave us b/c he will live forever in our hearts and can be seen shining through his children's beautiful faces. Rest Robbie, there are no more worries. P.S. Give Maw Maw and Paw Paw Hugs and Kisses for me. I LOVE YOU ROB!!!! Sissy

Robbie and I have been best friends for a long time. I'll always remember the vacations, golf tournaments, fishing, and hunting trips we had together. Robbie and I rode motorcycles across Louisiana and Mississippi many weekends. He didn't have a bad bone in his body, was always smiling, and touched many peoples lives in a special way. Robbie was a loving father, great brother, wondeful son, and a best friend. He will be missed but never forgotten.
