Mrs. Barbara Winford and Family,
I just found out that my godfather passed. My parents saw the obituary and called me. Although I did not see him very often growing up, each time I did see him was like we were always in touch. My godfather was a very sweet man and I will miss him. I am sorry we didn't spend more time together, but I will always be grateful that over the last few years we got in touch and sent Christmas cards and shared pictures and messages between New Orleans and Virginia. Take care of each other.

Dear Barbara,children,grandchildren and all relatives,
My wife Linda and my children, Shelby,Mary Scott and Dugan all send our deepest condolences to all of you during this time of sadness. Our memories go way back about Rudy and his kind words and thoughts about not only us, but about everyone. He was always so considerate to my young son Dugan by bringing him video movies which he so enjoyed watching. Not to mention what he did for me, my children but also my father and especially my mother, we will always remember him in our hearts forever. God bless all of you. We love you.

Dear Mrs.Winford. daughter and family,I am so sorry to hear of Rudy's death. I worked with Rudy for 27 years and It was a pleasure. I thought of him and you Mrs. Winford often. You and Rudy was so kind to visit me when I was hospitalised. itwas a kind and pleasure to see you both.So sorry and my prayers are with all of you. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Winford family. Weeping may endure for a night but Joy comes in the morning. God can and he will mend your broken hearts. Rudy was a very nice man and he will be missed. He was my mother, Audrey Toliver's neighbor for many years. Whenever I would go there Rudy was always there or near there washing his SUV, cutting the grass, or putting up decorations. Those are the few things I'll miss about him. The reason God took Rudy from this earth is because he had a job in heaven for him. Take your well deserved rest. I'm not gonna say goodbye. I'll say see you later because we all have to go this same way.
