I Was saddened to learn of Kevin's passing. He was very helpful to me in assisting with my client's issues with the DOB Pension. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a gentleman. I will miss him & Brooklyn has lost a fine attorney. My condolences to his family.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.

Kev:
I just found out today. It was always a privilege to call you friend right from when we first met at Nazareth in September, 1966. You were always very courteous toward me.
Thanks for being a Varsity X-Country teammate. Rest easy my dear, old Friend.

Dear Mary Beth,
My deepest sympathy and prayers on the loss of your beloved husband Kevin. My Dad the late Francis A. Reilly worked with Kevin and thought very highly of him. I never met him but felt I knew him. I know he was a wonderful person from my Dad and your sister Cathy who I know!
May God bless you and your family at this very difficult time. Sincerely, Lynn A. Reilly

Although, I am now in DC, for a year and a half, my heart still belongs to Brooklyn. It is there that I hold memories of Kevin. A wonderful lawyer, yes, to our diocese and to our Visitation Monastery , but, most important and meaningful to me, he was a dear friend. I will never forget Kevin , his kindnesses and his faith. My prayers go with him and are with you, his dear wife, Mary Beth and your lovely family,of whom he always talked about. I will always hold memories of him in a special way.
God be with you, Mary Beth,

I too, was surprised to hear of Kevin's death. My brother and I grew up on East 28th Street in Brooklyn, and we were all part of the block "crew" and shared many great memories together. Kevin was taken from us way too soon. May he (along with his parents and brother Joe) rest in peace.

Was shocked to hear of Kevin's passing. He has been handling my parents' estate issues for the past several years and became a respected and compassionate source of counsel and guidance. I considered him a friend and his passing a real loss.
My sincere condolences to his beloved family.
With deepest sympathy,

Kevin & I have had the distinction and honor of representing our Dioceses, having continued a service begun by our fathers. We shared often professionally, but we became friends when we would share personally about working with our fathers. Kevin will now be working with Our Father, as God must have needed a fine and dedicated counselor. My deep sympathies and prayers to Mary Beth and all of his family.

I was surprised to hear of Kevin's death today. Kevin was a good friend and fellow alumnus of St. John's Law School. He helped the Franciscan Brothers with many legal issues. Among his many accolades, he was active in the Legal Resource Center for Religious which gave legal advice to religious communities nationally. He will be missed. My condolences to his wife, children and other members of his family.

Kevin was a kind and caring man. Kevin helped me when my mother died in 2005 to settle her Estate. His Catholic faith really was refreshing for me to experience during my time of grief at my mother's death.
I will remember you Kevin in my Masses and prayers. May God Bless you and your family.
