So sad for the families loss,I remember Ron from R.G. Drage vocational school.
He picked up my brother and dragged him to school because he was not going and almost failing because he missed to much school.
I also Remember working for him and his wife doing wood working for Yankee Peddler after high school. And eating lunch with his family,
once again I am so sorry for your loss he was a great man.

What a wonderful person. He spent many days at Vic's, always looking at the new boats. He inspired many kids to fish who may not have ever thought of such a great sport. He even started a club for his students to fish in. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace. God Bless, the Vatalaros' and Vic's Sports Center family.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to Ron's family at this sad time.
I was a special ed teacher at York Elementary School when he was the principal.
My students often remarked about the way he parked his car in the opposite direction as usual, but I do not remember any disagreements or problems when he was there.
I am sorry for your loss.
