FeltsJune 6, 1942 - April 20, 2017 MUSTANG Donella Thompson Felts, 74, of Mustang, ceased suffering April 20, 2017. "Don Don," immediately prior to her passing, was surrounded by those whom she loved and who equally loved her, engaged in hand-holding, soft kisses, off-tune hymns, and colorful anecdotes. Born to Donald and Eloise (Hanson) Thompson, in Little Rock, AR, Donella spent most of her upbringing in Brinkley, AR, where she and her sister, Carol Anne (Thompson) Childress, enjoyed a wealth of adventures and special friendships. She graduated from Brinkley High School, Class of 1960. Her marriage to Robert Charles Felts, June 1965, bore her two children and greatest sources of pride: Robin and Robert. Donella brought joy and laughter to those around her. Known for her quick wit and crazy antics, Donella could light up (or astonish) any room into which she entered. She left a trail of smiles and happy memories which will transcend the years marked by her life. Survivors include her children, Robin L. Garretson (Owen) and Robert D. Felts (Stephanie); five grandchildren, Zachary (Mallory), Emily, Kyle, Grace, and Kaleb Riley; two great- grandchildren, Foster and Delia; her sister, Carol Anne (Pat); nieces, Lisa and Jill; and a host of cousins, great- nieces and nephews and "friends like family." Memorial Service planned at West Metro Community Church, 601 W. Main St., Yukon OK, May 7, 2017, at 3 p.m.
