Clement Haas Obituary
Clement A. "Clem" Haas, age 88 of Camp Hill, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Hershey Medical Center. Born May 4, 1926 in Riverside, NJ he was a son of the late Theodore and Bertha (Stecker) Haas.
Clem was a graduate of Rutgers University, retired from American Water Works and was a US Navy veteran of WW II and the Korean War. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and VFW Post #945. The most important thing in Clem's life was spending time with his family and also his dog and cat.
He was preceded in death by his wife Elaine M. Haas and his sister Marie Prickett.
Surviving are his daughters, Phyllis M. Haas-Rosenberger of Camp Hill and Patricia M. Pierce (William III) of New Germantown; nine grandchildren, Jenny Pierce, William Pierce IV (Maegan), Rebecca Pierce, Kristen Davis (Charles), Jacob Pierce, Brian Pierce (Jaime), Michelle Keys, Matthew Keys (Jessica) and Melanie Keys and 18 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. Monday at Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 16 at St. Joseph Church, Mechanicsburg. Burial with military honors will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
