I worked with Bill at Duquesne Light for a number of years, I was a young engineer working at Preble Avenue where bill was a cable tester. he taught me a lot about the underground system and we shared lots of stories and laughter. I remember him as a complete gentleman and a dedicated worker. May he rest in peace.

We are deeply sorry for your loss. Bill was a very special person. May God be with all your family during this time of grief. We are very sorry that we were unable to attend the funeral unfortunately, we both had previous commitments that we could not reschedule.

Oh Bill, I knew you for a few short months this summer but it didn't take long at all for me to love you :) I so enjoyed taking care of you and getting to witness the moments when you'd make a joke or wink at me when we were caring for you. Wish I could be there to pay my respects. RIP Bill. You will be missed.

Jay and family, my condolences on the passing of your Dad...he was an incredible, wonderful person!

Bill is one of the best men I've ever known. Kind, unassuming, understanding, modest, and completely other-centered. May he rest in peace and may God comfort all his loved ones. ~Tom Nypaver
