We will always remember Jim for his vast knowledge of National Parks flora and fauna. He was a very close friend to our family from the time we grew up. Have many memories of him stopping by for dinner and providing all of us with entertainment, sometimes very whimsical. We know that he will be forever in many of our memories.

My condolences to all the Lockart family. Was saddened to read Jim's OB on my computer. Jim was a special person in his own way, many memories of our times together in scouting, riding motorcycle's & especially his dressing of a Deer after the kill will be long lasting. RIP old friend.
