Constance Clune Obituary
Port Dickinson: Constance V. Clune, of Port Dickinson, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Clune; her parents, Joseph and Evelyn Corcoran; her sisters, Romayne Keegan, Joan McGraw, Jody Evanitsky; and brother, Jack Corcoran. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Patti Clune, Endwell; granddaughter, Erin and Jeff Akel, San Francisco, CA; grandson, Patrick and Colleen Clune, Binghamton; her great-grandchildren who were the light of her life, Owen and Alex Akel and Aoife Clune. She is also survived by all her "favorite" nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Hillcrest. The family wishes to thank all her wonderful Doctors and Nurses at Lourdes, Broome Oncology, and Wilson Memorial Hospital for their quality care and compassion. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Chenango St., Hillcrest, Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, Monday from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Constance may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, c/o Church of the Holy Family, 3600 Phyllis St., Endwell, NY 13760.
