I didn't know Rich except in passing, but I worked at a bar he'd come into now and then, and myself and another bouncer I know who met him as well and I were remembering him today and I thought I'd take a moment to honor his memory by saying, he always had something good to say. I'm from the UK, and rich saved my life ,I was at a low point and was giving up slowly I'm not into bodybuilding or fitness and still not sure how I came across richs YouTube videos but I started watching them and got the motivation to carry on and try again. Thank you rich you changed my life

RIP to rich. Though I never met him, I heard about him and he inspires me. He is someone who has the heart of a champion and the dedication like no other. It´s tragic the world lost him. It´s sad the world lost him, and it´s different now that the world lost him

RIP to an eternal legend, crazy that once he left us the massive hole he left behind. Just feels like you lost a family member that's how much of a positive impact and emotional attachment he had on you.
