Not sure what to say?

I met Richard during Spring Break 1963, at La Costa Beach. I'd come with a camperful of my girlfriends & he came with some guys in a camper of their own. They parked there just off what was then the highway, & were beside us. That was a heavenly week I've always remembered, pure heaven. Us Surfbunnies waxing our new neighbors' surfboards during the day & watching them surf. Romantic nights were to follow(...he was an excellent kisser!). He was so tender hearted & sincere. I lived in...

May God give you strength and comfort during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss. Sending sincere condolences and prayers to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Sad day for Battle Star Galactica fans.

Thanks, Richard for taking me and Rachel out to dinner and to see Suicide Squad at the movies that night after the Comic Con when we helped you at your table in Vegas for the whole event. I wish I could say thanks in person, but, what a great guy for doing that with us, a one of a kind experience, I felt truly appreciated for my work. I can't believe you're gone. My condolences to his closest family and friends. I love you, Richard, and thanks for everything!

I attended high school with Richard also. I remember him on the track pole vaulting. I’m so glad he was married, had success in his acting career and had a son. RIP you were special.

I attended the same high school as Richard, George Washington High School in L. A. I had several classes with him. He was very much a gentleman and quite reserved. Not your typical teenage boy. I wish I had known he was on Facebook. I would have loved to have chatted with him about our high school years. I remember also that he was very handsome. RIP Richard. GWHS Class of 1963

I would come home by boss from my waitressing job on Sunday nights and watch Battlestar Galactica but I noticed you years earlier when I saw the episode of medical center. I am the sister of a developmentally disabled man. Your acting was superb. I heard you were going to be speaking for peace against the Bush/Cheney war in 2003 at a church in Malibu so I went. Sadly No one showed up except me and you were with a woman. You hesitated to begin waiting for the latecomers who never came. I...

He was a
wonderful person great actor,, wish his dream of a second coming had happened and gone back and bring Starbuck back to the galactic lot you could do with them both back with the old gf as well, badly missed out R.I.P Richard you will be missed

Sweet Richard, I am still so sad about his passing. We got to know each other through Facebook, as he always said how much he appreciated his fans. He would take the time to invite us to events and send little kind notes to say hello. I will never forget that. The first I saw him was All My Children a long time ago and of course in Battlestar. He was not only beautiful on the outside but the inside too which made him even more special as a person. He is now in God's memory. I find hope in...

I grew up watching Battlestar Galactica in the 70's. It spawned a life long interest in Egyptology and mythology in general. He's continued support of Galactica (so far as paying for his own "Proof of Concept") kept it fresh and in the forefront of the minds of every fan. He was a great actor and I am sad that he will no longer be with us. It was a joy and honor to watch him work. He is missed and remembered. He will always be my Apollo.
