Not sure what to say?

He is sorely missed.

A very good and brilliant actor.. I loved his role of Siegfried Farnon.. A real englisch gentleman.. he will stay alive in his roles...

Great actor, thanks for all the enjoyment, not just for all creatures, but for so many great roles,we will all miss him, part of our National fabric.

My favourite actor. His dulcet tones and his mastery of the spoken word - an inspiration. A beautiful man, his loss fills me with pain and yearning - though with never met. With his passing goes a little bit of my childhood - memories of his superb role as the Darrowby vetenarian Siegfried Farmon. Happy recollections and a fine legacy for us all to keep on enjoying. Rest in Peace our dearest friend and - thank you.

I have just learned of Robert Hardy's passing.
He was a superb actor and I will never forget him.
Rest in peace my friend,

I just learned of Robert's passing. He was an outstanding talent whose performances were so memorable. My favorite character he brought to life was Sigfried Farnon. He was the "best" at his craft and will forever be remembered. AJ

When I saw you in Shakespeare, I was inspired. When I met you, I was enthralled.. I shall think of you often: a true gentleman and a great actor. Sincerely, Anne.

TO THE HARDY FAMILY--MAY YOUR MEMORIES OF ROBERT HELP YOU THROUGH THIS VERY SAD TIME. HE WAS AN OUTSTANDING TALENT WHO WILL BE MISSED BY HIS MANY, MANY ADMIRERS. A FAN
