Dorothy Papineau Obituary

Dorothy A. Papineau, 78, of Rutland, died Nov. 22, 2017, at her home.
She was born in Pittsford, the daughter of George and Erma (Brown) Eugair.
She was a 1956 graduate of Barstow High School.
On June 27, 1959, she married Howard C. Papineau in Pittsford.
Mrs. Papineau was a bookkeeper at Howe Scale Co. and Freeman Jewelers, as well as a cashier at Kmart.
She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, knitting and piano playing.
Survivors include her husband and a daughter, Shelly Hendee, both of Rutland; a son, Howard Papineau Jr., of Perkinsville; three siblings Dolores Briggs, Debbie Erickson, John Eugair, all of Florence; three granddaughters and a great-grandson.
She was predeceased by a brother, Joe Eugair.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rutland County Humane Society, 765 Stevens Road, Pittsford, VT 05763.
Arrangements are by Clifford Funeral Home.
