Joyce Bowley Obituary
Born on Aug. 24, 1961, she was a daughter of Wayne H. Bowley, Salamanca, N.Y., and the late Jane L. Donlin Bowley, who predeceased her Jan. 5, 2013. She is also survived by her fiance, George D. Dulanski Sr.
She mostly enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren, who were the loves of her life. She also enjoyed gardening, quilting and spending time with her friends. Later in life, she moved to Florida to enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
Surviving besides her fiance and her father are two sons, Andrew Burton (Angela Bialaszewski) Newark of Salamanca and Jeremy Allen Newark of Marathon; a sister, Karen (Peter Jr.) Quattrone of Salamanca; and two wonderful grandchildren, Kaydence M. Newark and Ayden A. Newark, both of Salamanca.
A memorial service will be held Monday (Sept. 29, 2014) at a time to be announced in the United Congregational Methodist Church with Pastor Raymond Gilman officiating and with the eulogy given by Pastor Joshua Schallert.
A celebration of life will be held at the Kirk of the Keys Presbyterian Church, Marathon, at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc., Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Empire Animal Rescue, the Diabetes Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
