Adam Knapp Obituary
SOUTH BEND - Adam M. Knapp, 26, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013. Adam was born July 21, 1986, in South Bend, to Ronald Knapp and Theresa (Libertowski) Sommer. Survivors of Adam include his parents, Ronald (Marie Packowski) Knapp of North Liberty and Theresa (David) Sommer of South Bend; grandparents, Janice and Fred Wolak of South Bend, Karen and Bob Deis of Wisconsin, William (Cyndee) Knapp of South Bend, Charlene (Chico) Reyes of South Bend, Randall Knapp of South Bend and Tammy (Rick) Scott of South Bend; sister, Amie (Daniel) Krawiec of South Bend; stepbrothers, Jason (April) Sommer of South Bend, Jesse Sommer of South Bend and Joseph Sommer of Chicago, IL; aunt, Leanne Knapp of South Bend; numerous great-aunts, uncles and cousins; and his dogs, Jack and Russell. Adam was preceded in death by his fraternal grandparents, Art and Ruth Knapp; uncle, Tom Knapp; and aunts, Becky Donovan and Michelle Knapp. Visitation for Adam will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2013, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a funeral service will be celebrated at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2013. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pet Refuge, 2300 W. 6th. St., Mishawaka, Indiana 46544. Condolences for the Knapp family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
