SOUTH BEND - Jeffery “Woody” Morris 61 passed away in his home on Tuesday January 24, 2017 in South Bend, Indiana from Cancer. Jeffery was born on August 19, 1955 in South Bend to Chester and Leona Morris and attended Washington High School from 1969 to 1973. He served in the United States Army from 1980 to 1986. After moving back to South Bend in 1989, he married Dawn Maggart in 1994 and worked for Sam's Club for over twenty five years. He enjoyed fishing and golfing. His favorite hobby, though was providing strength, courage, inspiration, wisdom and laughter to his loved ones. He did so endlessly and selflessly until his passing. Jeffery is survived by his Wife, Dawn Morris of South Bend; his Sons, Justin Morris of Fort Worth, Texas, Jason Wolf of South Bend; Daughter, Angelina “Angie” Wolf of South Bend. His Sister, Michelle “Missy” Heritz of South Bend and five Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Chester and Leona Morris of South Bend and his first Wife, Dreama Blankenship of Dallas Texas.
Cobb Funeral Home of South Bend was entrusted with the care of Mr. Morris. Cremation has taken place and there will be a Memorial Service on Friday January 27, 2017 at 3:00PM at The St Joseph Funeral Home on Mayflower Road. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jeffery's life.

May God rest Jeff's soul in peace for all of eternity, and help bring comfort to his family & friends during these trying times. Woody was one of my very 1st friends that I ever had while growing up on the west side. He was a great person. Rest easy my friend.
