Raymond Beard Obituary

Raymond J. Beard

March 18, 1936 - Dec. 2, 2016

CARMEL - Raymond J. Beard Jr., 80, Carmel, passed away December 2, 2016. He was born March 18, 1936, in South Bend, the son of the late Raymond J. Sr. and Peggy (Solloway) Beard. He is survived by two daughters, Bev (Dave) Borbely and Karen Birsfield; grandchildren, Joe (Samantha) Borbely, Laura Borbely, Brian Borbely, A.J. Birsfield, and Abby Birsfield; one great-grandchild, Avery Jade Borbely; two sisters, Nancy Flanders and Debi (Dan) Trossen; and several nieces and nephews.

Prayers to his family! Growing up i remember he was the life of our tradition family christmas parties at my grandma's. I won't forget his voice or laugh. We all loved to play euchre and he was our champion. God Bless his family and may he now rest in peace.
