To Howie's family:
Howie was one of my first supervisors when I joined the Post Office in the Waltham Facility. He was a great supervisor that made work fun. He was very personable and always there to help with anything you needed. He was understanding and fair. When he left our building to go to the Boston facility it was a bummer. When we all got transferred to the Boston facility six weeks ago he was one of the people I was looking forward to seeing again. I was surprised and delighted to find out that Howie was going to be one of my supervisors on the first floor. He really brightened up that dark building with his quick wit and friendly smile. I feel lucky that I got a chance to see him again. Please know that Howie was appreciated and loved by all who worked for him. He will be greatly missed.
