Mrs. Levine was my 2nd grade teacher. She was so kind. She spoke to my mother telling her I needed glasses because I couldn´t see the blackboard and couldn´t see the big E on the eye chart). She was such a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed.

I think of you every day. I continue to work on developing more of my "Pollyanna" nature that I admire in you.

I think of you every day. I continue to look under the bed to find things (it helps --- even if the item is NOT under the bed). I often have the urge to call you to tell you something funny or something I know you would appreciate and enjoy hearing. You had a sense of fairness that ran parallel to a stubbornness that seems to be traveling down through the next generations. You're never far away; I look in the mirror and whoops! there you are!

Mrs. Levine was my 2nd grade teacher. I had a problem in her class. I became very nearsighted and couldn't see the board. She would let me come up to the front to copy my work. She tested my eyes and found out I needed glasses. It changed my life. She was so kind. I loved her.

Mother you were an inspiration to many. I am trying to follow in your footsteps and live to 101. I promised my children and like you I never break a promise.

Granny Ethel was an amazing woman. I hope to have an ounce of her humor, fortitude, strength, and patience. I miss her terribly.
