What a guy. Changed my life with sinus surgery when I was a kid, a genuine and highly intelligent man. I went about 8-9 years without seeing him. He walked in to my appointment one day and immediately remember intricate details about myself that didn't seem like anything that would come from inside of a file in a doctors office. My love of playing basketball, what school I went to, personal things about myself as a kid, etc. One of a kind guy, just found out about his passing today. Rest in peace to a great Catholic man and Doctor.

It's so sad to think of him being gone. He took out my daughter's tonsils and adenoids in November 2015. He was a caring and compassionate doctor which is hard to find especially with kids who have special needs. He will be greatly missed.

October 11, 2021

I am sorry to hear about Dr. Anthony passing from this life on Earth. He did surgery on my sinuses and ear and was so dependable and kind. The last time I saw him was about two weeks before his passing. I didn't get the letter from Bardmore and I just went to to set an appointment for ear and saw the obituary. I am so sad for the family. I hope the church family at St. Catherine of Sienna has helped with the pain of this huge loss to the community. Hopefully, he will interceed our prayers for the next generation of medical students. Sending prayers to the family. RIP

I saw Dr. Anthony in 2010 and my mother saw him for a swallowing problem. He was kind and patient, and I remember he was very proud of his son. We are from N.C. and he told he had just returned from a sporting event at a college and was surprised at how many people still smoked. after leaving that day I quit smoking. Thank-you Dr, Anthony See you in heaven.

I am so broken hearted by the loss of Dr Steven Anthony, absolutely a brilliant Dr. in his field. Honestly, I never knew his birthday, as it is now known, I was born on the exact day, month and year. That said, he seemed to be to me so concerned and so astute at resolving my medical concerns, that maybe he knew we were born on the same date, as he had my chart, but never mentioned it. His diagnosis was spot on, short of surgery, he saved my life, after years of mis diagnosis by many Dr's in between, oh yes, he also hurt me with, the thing through my nose, but I lived, and now much better. RIP, good Dr. So sorry for the loss of such a young and gifted talent. Hopefully Heaven allows you all kindness and health you afforded us all here on earth. My most heart felt condolences to Dr Anthony's family. May the Lord watch over him, with all the graces, he impacted so many of us. God Bless. Your talent was second to none. Amazing Man.

Both my wife Angela and I were patients of Dr. Steve. Not only was he an excellent physician, he was like a friend. Dr. Steve grew up blocks from my wife in South Philadelphia. He then moved to the North East area and went to bishop Ryan H.S. near where I lived as a youth. When I was in for appointments he enjoyed talking about those days in Philly and loved when I would come back from visiting up north and bring him provolone cheese from Mancuso's in So. Philly.
I am only more sad that I didn't know of his passing until the letter came from his office. I would have liked to have been there to pay my respects to a great man. Our prayers are with the family. He is sorely missed!

Steve, as a friend, neighbor and patient we were very shocked and deeply saddened of your passing. You were always an upstanding person. You medically treated both Mike, myself and Bethany. You were such a comfort to us when you discovered Mike's brain tumor. Thank God you were there to hold our hand and walk us through the many questions and take my calls when I felt panicked by his diagnosis. Things went well for him and I thank you for not just being a great Doctor but a caring individual. We saw you as a person with integrity and kindness. We are so sorry to the family for their loss. Especially your children. I will pray for them every night. And I pray that they know what a wonderful person that their Dad was. God Bless you and may you rest in peace
