I met Tommy for the first time when his visited Richmond Virginia and stop by the Croaker's Spot on the Southside of Richmond where I worked. I introduced myself and shook his hand. And I had to ask the one question everyone still wanted to know, Do you have a Job? Lol! And his response was I DON'T HAVE A JOB MAN!! And to this day I still watch him on Martin.

I'm not only learning of your passing, but we were born and raised in the same city. I must have watched every episode 100 times. It's actually on right now. I'll always remember the laugh's and sometimes tears from laughing so hard. But I'll remember your laugh the most. My deepest condolences to your family and your TV family. I'll never forget that. Lou Rawls record. Heaven is definitely a brighter place. Rest in Peace my brother! No more work.
