SPIGNER Mr. Alvin Spigner, 68 passed from this life on Aug., 28, 2015 at his home in Jacksonville. Alvin was the son of the late April & Florence Spigner of Jacksonville. Alvin was born in Jacksonville, graduated from William M. Raines High school class of 1965. He served 2 yrs in the U.S. Army. Alvin worked as a Longshoreman for over 30 years. Alvin is survived by two brothers; Charlie Mitchell, King David Tolen, and sister Linda Bryant, brother-in-law Billie Bryant and a host of nieces and nephews and sorrow friends. Funeral services will be held Thurs. Sept., 10th at 11:00AM, at the Riverview Church of Christ, 2053 Soutel Drive. Friend can assemble at the church at 10:30AM. Burial in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 1:00PM. Please sign Mr. Spigner's guestbook at www.abcoleman.com. Arrangements entrusted to A.B. Coleman Mortuary, 5660 Moncrief Rd.
