FLOYD CORLEY Obituary

Floyd E. Corley Jr Born in Miles City Montana on 4/26/1925, passed away on March 30th 2014. Floyd worked for Washington Natural Gas Co. for 40 years. Floyd met and married Myrtle in 1957. They successfully raised their 5 children: Lynn, Ed, Eric, Randy and David. They had 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. He was a wonderful husband and father. Floyd made many friends as a lifetime member of the Elks, and in his work with the Miracle Ranch boys club, he loved to travel and go on cruises. He was well known for his great sense of humor and his hearty laugh. Floyd joined the United Sates Army in 1943, serving as a Artillery Plotter until 1946 when he mustered out after serving honorably. He leaves behind many friends, family and a grateful nation.

Floyd had the greatest laugh. It was deep and rolling and brought the twinkle in his eyes even brighter. His love for his family and friends was deep and sincere. I think of him often as an example of how to be a father. Rest well!

The Corley family has lost a great leader, father, friend and more. Our thoughts are with you. Floyd was a friend since the early 70's and know his loss to the family is hard. See you soon Dr. Ed and God Bless your entire family.

What a blessing it has been to have your Father with you all these years; and yet, how painful it is to have him pass at this time. Your Father was incredible and all of us at Wrangler Sports Chiropractic and ProSport Chiropractic had the honor of being in his presence. I shall cherish my memories along with you! Rest In Peace Mr. Corley (I always called him Mr. Corley) You have left many and big footprints for others to follow.
