Jerome HUSBY Obituary

Age 69 of Shoreview Died Friday June 26, 2015 at his home. Jerry was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and Member of the American Legion Post #566 – Lino Lakes. He was a loving husband and father and a great neighbor and friend. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Arlene (Heitkamp) Husby of Montevideo, MN. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Nancy (nee Willis); 2 children, Jan Michael (Mitze Kile) Husby and Wendy (Randy Pieper) Husby; 1 grandson, Aksel Husby; and 2 siblings, Marie (Howard) Johnson and Dale (Pam) Husby. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday July 2 at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, 5472 Adams St., Mounds View (Visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 AM). Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

my condolences to the entire family. if this is the "husby" that was with me in the Army in Fort Hood Texas 1966-1968, then I thank you for sharing him with me during our days in the Army.
He and his wife visited us in Laredo, Texas after he ETS.

Great memories - driving my 1966 Volkswagen.

May he rest in peace.
