My thoughts and prayers still go out to you and your family. As a fellow NEU classmate and 10 years since the Boston Marathon bombing, I still pray for you and your family.

I am sorry for the loss of your daughter and the other 3 victims. It was a very tragic accident. I am a good family friend of James Portuondo. I pray to god to give everyone strength and courage during this very difficult time. In my thoughts and prayers. May all the victims James, Cody, Victoria and Pricillia rest in eternal peace.

I had the pleasure to first meet Victoria with her mom a co-worker in NYC, right before she would head off to North Eastern for her first year, My Niece was also attending as a freshman. Jill her Mom is a kind soul, and I count her as a friend. I was very struck by the depth of love they shared as they bantered about their days and caught up with each other.
