ANTHONY J. SCULLEN, JR.  1919 ~ 2015  
On September 3, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Ann F. Scullen, father of Kathleen S. Barron, Thomas M. Scullen, James E. Scullen, Charles F. Scullen, Mary S. Willson and the late Paul J. Scullen; brother of Edward J. Scullen and the late Elizabeth Draper; father-in-law of Lynn, Janet, Barbara Scullen and the late Robert Willson. He is survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He proudly served in the US Army as a combat engineer from 1941 to 1946 and in the US Army Reserve from 1952 to 1962 and received the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, the American Service World War II Victory Medal and the American Defense Service Medal. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD (valet parking), Monday, September 7, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904 on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 12 p.m. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
