On Saturday, May 3, 2014, of Kensington, MD. Beloved father of Ryan, Jack and Grace Kemper; son of Lucy and the late Robert Kemper; brother of Richard Kemper and Karen Hirschi; also survived by his ex-wife Mary Kemper. Relatives and friends may call at St. Bartholomew Church, 6900 River Road, Bethesda, MD, 20817, Wednesday, from 5 to 8 p.m. where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 8, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
