CHARLES HARLEY CHAPPELL (Age 68)
On Sunday, March 27, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Sandra; brother of Annette, Joseph and Richard. Also survived by four nieces. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, April 8, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, www.heart.org. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

You will be sorely missed. You were always kind to us when you visited the office & you made us laugh. I still have that blue pashmina you surprised me with for Christmas two years ago. Now you are with your beloved Sandy. I know how much you missed her. Until we see you again, my friend, may God be with you.
