Christine Ann Suiter "Christy"(Age 61)
On Sunday, April 9, 2017, of Olney, MD. Beloved wife of Eddie Suiter. Daughter of the late John and Edna Colbert. Beautiful sister of Cindy Miller, Ron (Linda) Colbert, Jackie (Larry) Yankanich, Bernie (Brenda) Colbert, Vinny (Lisa) Colbert, Frank (Lia) Colbert, Penny Colbert, wife of the late Andy Colbert and sister-in-law of Ina Colbert. Also, survived by many nieces, nephews, and many wonderful relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, April 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter's Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Tuesday, April 18, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. We were so sad to learn of Christy's passing. From our years working together at the BSC, we have many great memories of her and will always remember her laughing, joking, and making others happy with her warmth and good humor. I am in disbelief that Christy is gone. It is the type of person like Christy, that made the work environment at the Biostatistics Center special. I enjoyed the 24 years that we worked together and the good times at and after the holiday parties, and chatting/catching up at office. I am glad for the years of knowing Christy. I am sad that Christy is gone too soon. Rest in peace.
