On Monday, November 16, 2015, of Brandywine, MD. Beloved wife of the late Robert A. Smalley Sr.; mother of Robert (Karen) Smalley Jr., Diana Inkeles, Joseph Smalley, Elizabeth Martin; grandmother of Debra, Ashley, Donny, Emily, Matthew, Mia and great-grandmother of Logan; sister of Freda, Rena, Mary, Mike and the late Charlie, Joe and Tony. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901 (Valet Parking), Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD, 20906 on Saturday, November 21, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
