ESTELA S. FLORES (Age 86)
On Friday, April 18, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Genaro S. Flores; mother of Alpha (Jay) Moore, Sylvia (Robert) Mondragon, and the late Jerry Flores; sister of Mary Alice Salinas and Emilio Salinas, Jr. both of Texas; brother-in-law of Ramon Flores of Grand Prairie, TX; grandmother of Christopher (Princess) and Jason Flores and Jessica (Kevin) Walgenbach and Charles Moore. Also survived by three additional grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 where service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. So sorry for your loss. Aunt Stella will be greatly missed. I can remember her visits she would make to Corpus Christi to see Great Grandma Lorenza Salinas and her many brothers and sisters in the area. We are definitely going to miss her fiery red hair and her Jackie O style...

I am so sorry for your loss. My grandmother Lydia Lemos was Estela's sister. I've heard such lovely stories from my mother Yolanda Lemos Ramirez about my Aunt Estela. I will cherish those memorie's forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May GOD give you strength during this difficult time. Heaven has another beautiful Angel in Paradise.
