GRACE HEMELT CLARK (Age 93)
On Monday, March 2, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late William C. Clark, Jr.; mother of Denise McLeod, Lenore Markward (Harry), William C. Clark III, Joseph T. Clark and the late Grace Alice Ryan; predeceased by her sisters, Anne H. O'Donnell and Lenore C. Hemelt. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, March 6, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Resurrection at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 1 p.m., with receiving of friends from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Private Graveside Service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. From your neighbor right below, over the fence on Linwood Street. You, Mr Clark, and your kids made for a fantastic childhood. Those memories are still fondly remembered today and never far from my thoughts. They don't make neighbors and neighborhoods like that anymore. You and your family were special.
