Dear Jeanne and Family,
The one time I spoke to your Dad in recent years reminded me what a joyful character he is. Added to that are all the stories Jeanne told me on my visit to Florida and I know his spirit will fill all of you with sweet memories even as the sadness fades away. My prayers are with you all.
Love,
Ann Potosky Sheridan

When JoEllen and I were in high school, we did more than a few knucklehead things, but Mr. A. was always smiling even when he told us so. He was truly a second father to me, and I grieve his passing as much as I did my own dad's just this past September. The many wonderful memories here are a testament to a great man and his family. God bless Mr. A. and his girls. We love you.

Uncle Tony was a "First Class" person whose character everyone should achieve.

Last of the Anastasi brothers and one of the best

My Uncle Tony was truly an angel here on earth. I always took something special away after a conversation with him. Now all of the Anastasi brothers (and sister) are all together again with their parents. May the family left behind find comfort in knowing that he is with God and is okay. Rest in peace, your niece, Nina Anastasi-Kisner

JoEllen, My thoughts are with you and your family at this time of reflection on your father's life. I'm sure he was very proud of the kind and loving daughter he raised. You are a special friend and a testament to a very special father and mother.

Dear Tony,
Husband, provider, father, grandfather & respected tradesman.
You did all these things so well. Big hands, big heart & a smile that never stopped. You always made time for everyone & never complained or broke a sweat.
Your example has impacted both family & friends & your family is truly your shining star.
Tony we will all miss you very much.
Your selflessness, friendship & overall loving attitude will never be forgotten or duplicated.
Rest easy in your reward my friend. We are better people for knowing you.
The shoes you left behind will be hard to fill & the benchmark you set hard to reach.
God has blessed us all by having you in our lives. And I will always remember the lesson you tried to teach me that I was so reluctant to learn.."wood is good but brick is better".
You have taught us well. We will see you soon Maestro Antonio. I love you. Uncle Bob

My dear Uncle Tony. What will I do without you in my life? You and Aunt Johanna have always been so much more to me than "Aunt" and "Uncle". I have been so very blessed to have had you in my life. May you walk with God and and my your light shine down upon us as we wait to see you again. I love you so very much, Uncle Tony. Thank you for blessing my life. Rest in peace. You'll be in my heart and the hearts of all those whose lives you have touched.

January 5, 2014

What a special place this man played in our life, and especially "one of a kind" to our children, from turning Nicholas at a young age into a Redskins fan, and helping Christina to stop biting her nails, and some good card games with Anthony on the cruise.....our memories are plentiful. We will miss him dearly, and send our love to Johanna and family.
