On Friday, December 25, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Philip J. Blair, Sr.; mother of Philip J. Blair, Jr., James T. Blair, Charles F. Blair, Daniel C. Blair, and Inez Burton. Grandmother of the late Travis C. Blair. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, December 30, 2015, from 2 to 4 p.m., where the service will follow. Interment Maryland Veteran''s Cemetery-Garrison Forest at a later date.
