IRENE G. ELWOOD (Age 88)
On Monday, January 5, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife for 60 years of Robert E. Elwood; mother of Robert E. (Brenda) Elwood, Jr., Daniel T. Elwood, and Nancy E. (Jerrold) Van Winter; grandmother of Zachary, Hillary, Sarah, Caitlin, Nicholas, and Kyle. Also survived by two great grandchildren, Clementine and Tavish. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, January 8, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
