On Saturday, May 9, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Rosario Joseph (Sarto/Russell) Anastasi; mother of Sheila M. (David) Testerman, Regina Reiter (the late David), Joseph R. (Julie) Anastasi, Patrick G. (Cory) Anastasi, Antoinette (Joseph) Tyser, and Mary Rita (Peter) Sweeney; grandmother of Mary Ann Beane, Kimberly Manthei, Joshua Testerman, Michael Reiter, Lindsay Lowe, Kimberly, Christine, Kelly, Sean Anastasi, Ryan Creedon, Kathryn McBride, Anastasia Cox, Joseph Tyser, Jr., Molly, Matthew Sweeney, and 16 great-grandchildren; sister of Eileen P. Bowles and the late Hazel R. Pasco, William F. Pasco, III, Frances M. "Susie" Turner and Lawrence J. Pasco. Also survived by her caregiver, Marie Hinton. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Monday, May 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, 20902 on Tuesday, May 19, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
