On Sunday, March 16, 2014, of Wheaton, MD. Beloved wife of the late Richard L. Bell; mother of Richard "Bill" W. (Kathleen) Bell, and Nancy K. (Carl) Bank; sister of Barbara J. Schaus; grandmother of Ryan Bell and Shannon Bell Chanthaphone and Kevin and Kristin Karam.
