On Monday, February 27, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD, formerly of Rockville, MD. Beloved daughter of the late George and Jean O'Brien; sister of James A. O'Brien. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Saturday, March 11, from 10 to 11 a.m.; where the Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
