On Tuesday, October 6, 2015, of Germantown, MD. Beloved wife of the late Walter Oates; mother of Brian Oates, Linda (Ira) Salins, Maureen Perholtz, Patricia (Greg) Frankhauser, Stephen (Randy) Oates and the late Donald Oates; grandmother of Sean (Kelly), Tyler, Morgan, Shannon, Tara, and Bridget. Also survived by three great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.; where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 9, at 1 p.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
