As when E.F. Hutton talks, people listen, so did we at the Schweinhaut Senior Center discussion group when Mike spoke.

He was a gentleman who liked himself, was confident in himself, an ardent reader as well as a prolific speaker. And, always up to date on the world at large - always with a gracious approach.

We will miss him.

Thank you Mike.

My condolences to the Giaquinto family. The God of comfort promises to "without fail show you favor at the sound of your outcry; as soon as he hears it he will actually answer you" and help you endure your grieving process. (Isaiah 30:18,19)

Mike was a MP&E Inspector at my first FRA duty station in Toledo, Ohio and welcomed me with open arms on my arrival. Mike helped me figure out where I might geographically look for a house, names and phone numbers of railroad contacts, etc. Short story, Mike was simply a tremendously nice guy and I sincerely appreciated his friendship thought our career with FRA. Rest in peace old friend.

We share Mike's family's loss. Mike was a trusted and valued colleague at the Federal Railroad Administration for many years. He worked for the safety of railroad employees every day, and he did so with a great spirit that encouraged his co-workers. It was always a joy to see Mike and share memories.

Well done, Michael. Rest in peace, knowing that you will remain in the hearts of your friends and family.
