On Sunday, January 11, 2015, of Potomac, MD. Beloved husband of Mary Lou Dellapa; father of John Dellapa, Kathryn Duffy, Jane Henley and Michael Dellapa III (Arlis); grandfather of Jonathan Duffy, Lauren and Jennifer Dellapa, Grace and Sarah Dellapa, Katie and Carrie Henley; brother of Jere Wynne. Relatives and friends may call at St. Raphael's Church, Falls Road at Dunster Road, Rockville, MD, Friday, January 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Raphael's Church, on Saturday, January 17 at 1 p.m. Interment private. I have so many awesome memories of my Uncle Mike! He has left his mark on my heart forever...not only was he a wonderful Uncle but a great husband, father and grandfather. Uncle Mike was just one of those person you loved being around, he really new how to love all of us. My heart smiles when I remember the impact he had on my life. I remember as a little girl when Uncle Mike and Mary Lou would come into town to my Grandma Dellapas to visit, it was like the most exciting time. As years past and I knew I was going to see him I had that same excitement in my heart. You'll be missed very much Uncle Mike but always in my heart!!

I have known Uncle Mike (Stephanie [Wynne] Bretz = Niece) as one of finest gentlemen to grace this earth. Mike was full of compassion, love and laughter.

Mike will always be rememeber as someone who is willing to give you support when you needed it.

Mike's involvement in the Bethlehem House shows his compassion for the human condition.

Uncle Mike will be missed, but we will see him later in the Kingdom of God!
