On Saturday, April 1, 2017, of North Potomac, MD. Beloved mother of Donna Smith, Theresa Ross and Kim Santana; and sister of Hugh, Russell and Barry Williams. Also survived by nine grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Monday, April 10, 2017 at 12 noon, where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Cathy was very special to both Wayne and myself. We have wonderful memories of sharing 4th of July picnics together. We will miss her very much but thankful she is now at peace.

So sorry for the loss of Cathy. She was my beloved cousin and a wonderful caretaker for many. She will be missed dearly, but now is joined with her mom and siblings. Rest in Peace.

Kathy was one of the toughest people I've known. I enjoyed working with her at Lakewood for six years. She was a very dedicated person to both family and Lakewood. She was an inspiration to all and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
